The cooking course will take place at a RURAL VILLA not too far from San Gimignano, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Tuscany surrounded by olive trees and vines in the Chianti region. This is where the cooking course will take place and where you will learn and prepare yourself how to create AUTHENTIC TUSCAN DISHES from a funny and knowledgeable local chef: Antipasti, HOMEMADE PASTA with two different sauces, second courses, dessert and lots more.

COOKING COURSE AT A TUSCAN FARMHOUSE
You will learn how to make two of Italy's most iconic creations! The perfect activity for families and friends: you will discover the techniques for kneading pizza and then you will take part in the important decision of the toppings. Afterwards you will discover how to compose the ingredients to create a delicious and unique dessert for its flavour. Finally you can finally enjoy your pizza, accompanied by beer or wine, and dulcis in fundo, your delicious Tiramisu prepared with the authentic recipe!

Stop by the local market with our chef to select the fresh ingredients, then learn step by step, how to prepare a perfect Tuscan lunch, from appetizers to desserts, including the art of making fresh pasta. You will learn how to cook different types of pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi. Our chef will also teach you the secrets of the best sauces, such as basil pesto, mushroom ragù and many others.
