You may volunteer this information when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa), make a booking, register interest for and/or enter a competition, subscribe to one of our newsletters, use our website(s)/apps, link to or from our website(s)/apps, connect with us via social media, by speaking to a consultant in-store or any other engagement we or our business partners have with you.

We may also receive the information from a third party, for example:

  • From people making travel bookings on your behalf

Payments: To collect and make payments due and administer our accounts.

To better tailor our website and product offerings to our customers, we use Google Analytics to collect information on how visitors navigate our website.

Cookies are used to collect aggregated data that allows us to see the origins of web traffic, amount of visitors, visitors’ operating systems, browser types, etc. This data does not personally identify you in any way.

You can choose not to accept cookies by disabling them in the settings of your web browser.

 

10. Photos & videos

When booking any of the Tour Operator tour, you agree that photographs and films of you may be taken while you are participating in any of the tour operator’s trips.

These images may be used for marketing purposes by the tour operator on brochures, websites, print media and promotional videos used to promote the Tour Operator products only.

 

11. Your rights

  • You may request us to tell you whether we are processing personal data about you, to tell you what personal data we are processing and for what purposes, and to provide you with a copy of the personal data that we hold. The law does allow us, in certain cases to refuse your request, and we will advise you at the time if this is the case.
